Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist with at least 2 years of pediatric PICU/NICU experience for a seasonal night shift contract.

Responsibilities

• Work in pediatric and neonatal intensive care units
• Caring for infants and children requiring specialized respiratory support
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Thirteen-week seasonal assignment
• Provide advanced respiratory therapy and airway management for pediatric and neonatal patients
• Adhere to hospital protocols for intensive care respiratory practices
• Work as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary critical care team
• All certifications must be valid and not expire within the first 30 days of employment

Requirements

• Active RRT license and certification required if applicable
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in pediatric ICU and/or NICU settings
• Current ACLS certification required
• Current PALS certification required
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• U.S. Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
