Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of recent experience for a day shift contract.

Responsibilities

• Position is based in a physical therapy department with a remote focus
• Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• 13-week contract assignment
• Candidates must not have worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years
• Requested time off should be less than 1 week
• Specific documents such as a valid U.S. Social Security Number and driver’s license are required for consideration

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license required if applicable
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in physical therapy required
• No certifications may expire within the first 30 days of the assignment
• Driver’s license required for consideration
• No gaps of 90 days or more in work history within the past 12 months
• Candidates must live at least 50 miles away; no local travelers allowed
