Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist with ARRT(MR) certification and Siemens MRI experience for a night shift assignment.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital-based MRI department
• Schedule consists of 4x10 hour night shifts, Wednesday through Saturday, from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• MRI equipment is Siemens
• Position requires floating as needed to an offsite Observation Unit
• Modules are completed during orientation and annually as required
• Must begin lab work within 2 business days of acceptance
• Completion of orientation and annual education modules is mandatory
• Prior permanent employees are not eligible for travel assignments
• No holiday time off is approved for this assignment
• EKG or medication test may be required before start for applicable specialties
• Scrub requirements not specified
• First-time travelers will be considered

Requirements

• Current ARRT(MR) certification required
• State license required if applicable
• At least 2 years of MRI technologist experience preferred
• Experience with Siemens MRI equipment preferred
• Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination series and booster required for consideration
• One recent supervisory or manager reference within 1 year required for consideration
• Local candidates must live outside a 75-mile radius to be eligible for travel rate
