Description

Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist with active Vermont licensure and at least 1 year of home health experience.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one occupational therapy services in patients' homes throughout central Vermont
Work Monday through Friday with a weekend rotation
20-week assignment in a home health setting
Use McKesson/Netsmart EMR with preference for candidates experienced with these systems
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for patients
Educate and support clients to help them set and achieve their personal health goals
Assist clients in maintaining independence and living at home
No requested time off is permitted for this assignment

Requirements

Active Vermont Occupational Therapist license required if applicable
Minimum 1 year of home health OT experience
BLS/BCLS certification required
Experience with McKesson/Netsmart EMR preferred
