Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with BLS and an active or pending state license for an acute care hospital day shift position.
Responsibilities
- Work in an acute care hospital physical therapy department
- Day shift schedule, 5x8 hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Locals accepted with a 50 mile radius requirement
- Epic experience preferred for documentation
- No first-time travelers considered for this role
- Return staff must have been gone at least 1 year to be eligible for rehire
- Professional attire required as per facility standards
- Two supervisor references required after offer
- Travel pairs accepted for assignment
- Completion of facility modules (average 3-4 hours) is part of orientation
Requirements
- Active or pending Wisconsin or compact PT license required; license required if applicable
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum relevant acute care experience required (details not specified)
- Completion of onboarding modules within first 8 hours of orientation
- No latex allergies can be accommodated
