Description

Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Ultrasound Technician with women's health and OB/GYN sonography experience for a 13-week day shift assignment.

Responsibilities

Outpatient women's health setting focused on OB/GYN ultrasound
Performs transvaginal, anatomy, and transverse ultrasound scans
Work hours are Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM
Four 10-hour day shifts per week with no on-call required
No local candidates within a 50-mile radius accepted
Must work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
Returning former staff must have a 2-year break before being eligible for a travel position
RTO (requested time off) must be submitted up front and cannot be requested after offer acceptance

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years' experience in OB/GYN ultrasound required
Current BLS required
ARDMS certification required
License required if applicable
