Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist specializing in pelvic floor dysfunction for an outpatient hospital-based clinic.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient, hospital-based clinic setting
• Primary caseload consists of 90% pelvic floor dysfunction patients, treating both men and women
• Work alongside a team of three to four other pelvic floor therapists
• Scheduled for 40 hours per week
• Role involves evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized Physical Therapy services with a strong focus on pelvic health
• Expected to collaborate with patients, families, and treatment teams to develop comprehensive care plans
• Must pass a pass/fail EKG test on the first day, with study guides provided and two attempts available
• Patient care may occasionally include adolescents, adults, and geriatrics as needed
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to qualify

Requirements

• Minimum of two years' pelvic floor therapy experience required
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with at least a bachelor's degree; doctorate preferred
• Current Physical Therapy license in the State of Ohio required if applicable
• Active, non-expired CPR certification required
• Certification in a specialty area such as OCS, SCS, NDT, Lymphedema, or Women’s Health preferred
