Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Sonographer for a day shift assignment in Beloit, WI, requiring ARDMS certification and experience in general, abdominal, OB, and small parts ultrasound.

Responsibilities

• Work in a diagnostic imaging setting with responsibilities in general, abdominal, OB, and small parts ultrasound
• 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM shifts, Monday through Friday
• Every other weekend call and one night of call per week
• May be required to alternate shifts, work holidays, and flex hours or take overtime as needed
• Position involves providing diagnostic medical sonography services and clinical specialties under the delegated authority of a supervising physician
• Must provide patient services consistent with the Scope of Practice and Clinical Standards for Diagnostic Sonographers
• May be asked to perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Diagnostic Medical Sonography
• Certification as ARDMS (AB) or ARDMS (RVT) required
• Current BLS or CPR certification required
• Experience in general, abdominal, OB, and small parts ultrasound
