Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an MRI Technologist with ARRT MRI certification and at least one year of experience for a day shift contract assignment.

Responsibilities

• Position is in a dedicated Magnetic Resonance Imaging unit
• Typical shift is Monday through Friday from 08:00 to 16:30
• 13-week assignment with alternating 7 on/7 off on-call schedule
• Holiday coverage required for Thanksgiving and Christmas Day
• Responsibilities include performing MRI exams and assisting with departmental workflow
• All candidates may only be submitted to one position within the system at a time
• COVID-19 vaccination is not required for this assignment
• Local candidates are accepted but subject to a reduced rate based on a facility-specific radius rule
• Discuss extensions with your manager at least 45 days before contract end date
• Auto-offer process in effect for all positions
• Holiday attire and scrub requirements will follow facility guidelines

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year MRI Technologist experience
• Current ARRT MRI certification required
• BLS certification from AHA required
• License required if applicable with verification within 30 days prior to assignment start
• Must possess a valid US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
• Copy of Driver’s License required
• Two professional references required
