Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic setting, open to new grads and first-time travelers.

Responsibilities

• Work in an outpatient ortho therapy unit
• Day shifts, 8 hours per shift
• Expectation of up to 40 hours per week, with guarantee of 36 hours
• Productivity expectation of 60 visits per week, averaging 12-14 patients daily
• Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected
• No floating to other clinics required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Primary responsibility is managing an outpatient orthopedic patient caseload
• Daily duties include evaluation and treatment of patients with follow-up visit double-booking as part of workflow
• No float or weekend requirements
• Accepts first-time travelers
• Local candidates within 50 miles are accepted

Requirements

• Physical Therapist license required if applicable
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required
• Accepts new graduates for consideration
• PTA candidates will be considered
