Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Step Down position on a night shift with at least 1 year of recent specialty experience and an active VA or compact RN license.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital setting on the Step Down/Progressive Care Unit
• Position involves caring for adult patients requiring intermediate-level monitoring
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week seasonal assignment
• Deliver specialized care to patients requiring continuous monitoring and intervention
• Work as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Applicants must be able to provide references and verification of licensure upon request

Requirements

• Active RN license in VA or compact state required
• At least 1 year of recent PCU or Step Down experience
• Current AHA or ARC BLS certification
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• US Social Security Number and Date of Birth required for consideration
