Description

Job Description

American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist for evening shifts with ARRT certification, Level 1 or comparable Level 2 Trauma experience, and BLS required.

Responsibilities

Work in a hospital radiology department
Evening shifts, 4x10 hour schedule
Weekend rotation and on-call required
Performs all steps of X-Ray exams with patients, including pre-exam, exam, and post-exam documentation
Involved in maintaining the cleanliness of rooms, machines, and cassettes
Responsible for maintaining supply inventory in the department
May be assigned additional duties as needed
No local candidates; must reside at least 75 miles from the facility

Requirements

Completion of a Radiologic Technology program
ARRT registered or registry eligible
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
Current registration with the New Hampshire Board of Registration for Medical Technicians
Recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 Trauma experience within the last 2 years required
Knowledge of standard radiologic terminology required
Active license required if applicable
