Description

Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an Inpatient Physical Therapist with a current AK PT license and experience in evaluations, treatments, and documentation.

Responsibilities

Inpatient rehabilitation setting within a long-term care unit
Responsibilities include evaluations, patient treatments, modalities, and documentation
Utilizes Meditech EMR and standard therapy modalities
10-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday; some flexibility in scheduling with 3-4 weekends per year required
On-call duties as needed
Business attire is required
Comprehensive general, Planetree, and departmental orientation provided within the first 90 days
Department mentor assigned to support new staff
Role involves consistent patient interaction and customer service

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
Active AK PT license required
Current BLS certification required
License required if applicable
