Description

Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift Progressive Care Unit (PCU) position, requiring a current MS or compact RN license and recent specialty experience.

Responsibilities

Work in the Step Down unit of a hospital setting
Night shifts from 18:45 to 07:15
Care for patients requiring progressive care monitoring
13-week assignment duration
Provide direct nursing care for PCU patients during night shifts
Requests for time off must be less than one week in duration
First-time travelers will be considered
Must adhere to hospital policies and step down unit protocols

Requirements

Active MS or compact RN license required
Minimum 1 year of recent PCU or step down nursing experience required
Certifications must be valid for at least the first 30 days of the assignment
No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
No former permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years
Local travelers within a 50-mile radius are not eligible for consideration
