Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced ICU RN for night shifts requiring at least 1 year of recent ICU experience and a NM or compact RN license.
Responsibilities
- Position is based in an intensive care unit in a hospital setting
- Cares for critically ill adult patients
- Night shift schedule from 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM
- 13-week contract assignment
- Local travelers not accepted due to a 50-mile radius rule
- Responsibilities include providing critical care to adult ICU patients
- Requested time off must be less than one week
- Candidates must not have worked as permanent staff at a CHS facility in the last 2 years
- First-time travelers are accepted if other criteria are met
Requirements
- Active NM or compact state RN license required
- Minimum of 1 year recent ICU experience required
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
- No certifications can expire within 30 days of assignment start
- Must provide a valid driver's license
- Must provide a valid US Social Security Number (no Canadian SIN accepted)
- Travelers cannot have been permanent staff at any CHS facility within the last 2 years
