Description

Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Mammography Technologist with a valid CA license and 2+ years of experience for a variable shift assignment.

Responsibilities

Work in an outpatient surgery center setting focused on mammography
Five 8-hour shifts per week, Tuesday through Saturday or Monday through Friday, with variable shift times between 11:00 AM and 8:00 PM
Potential for some weekend shifts with every other weekend coverage required
Assignment length is approximately 13 weeks
Uses Epic EMR, with prior Epic experience preferred
Must be willing to complete required online training modules during orientation
Return staff must be gone at least one year to be eligible
Only one holiday off will be approved for requested time off during the assignment
Local candidates accepted at a local pay rate with a 50-mile radius rule
Scrub or dress code requirements are not specified

Requirements

Valid CA state license required if applicable
CRT, ARRT, RHM, and BLS certifications required, with BLS from AHA or American Red Cross
Minimum of 2 years recent mammography technologist experience
Ability to complete lab work within 3-5 days of signing
Must be able to provide two professional references obtained within the last year
