Description

Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 2 years of experience for a day shift home health travel assignment.

Responsibilities

Home health setting serving the Cumberland region
Day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Assignment length is 13 weeks
May be required to float to other facilities within a 25-mile radius as needed
No travel pairs or groups allowed
Local travelers are not eligible for renewals or extensions
Candidates within 90 miles of any MaineHealth facility are considered local and subject to local rate
Returning employees must notify if employment within the past 12 months
Orientation and compliance documentation must be completed prior to assignment start

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience required
Current driver’s license required
License required if applicable
Must provide Social Security Number and Date of Birth for consideration
