Description

Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced ICU RN to work night shifts in a critical care setting, requiring an active Oregon RN license and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

Position is in the Intensive Care Unit of a hospital
Care for acutely and critically ill adult patients with complex, life-threatening health conditions
Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM with rotating weekend coverage
Assignment duration is 13 weeks
Deliver direct patient care and perform intensive monitoring, assessments, and interventions for critically ill patients
Must adhere strictly to all listed job requirements for consideration
Rotating weekend coverage is required
First-time travelers will be considered

Requirements

Current, unencumbered Oregon RN license required at the time of consideration
Healthcare Provider Level Basic Life Support (BLS/BCLS) certification required
Minimum of 1 year ICU nursing experience required
High school diploma or equivalent required for moderate complexity testing
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) are preferred
