Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Radiology Technologist - X-Ray with current BLS, ARRT-R certification, and a valid PA or Compact License.

Responsibilities

• Position is based in a hospital X-Ray unit
• May work evening shifts (4x10 hours, 13:00–23:00) or day shifts (3x12 hours, 07:00–17:00)
• Floating within the hospital may be required based on the needs of the unit
• No specific charting system experience required
• Completion of facility-based modules is required prior to start
• Local candidates are accepted at the travel rate
• A prior permanent employee can only return as a traveler if working in a different specialty
• No radius restriction applies
• RTO of 7 days or less is auto-approved outside of holidays
• Two supervisor references are preferred

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year radiology technologist experience required
• Current BLS and ARRT-R certifications required
• Valid PA License or Compact License required if applicable
• COVID-19 vaccination and booster status required
• Must provide SSN and DOB for consideration
