Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a PACU RN with at least 2 years of experience and a ME or compact RN license to work night shifts in a perioperative setting.
Responsibilities
- Position is based in a hospital perioperative unit focused on pre- and post-anesthesia care
- Night shift schedule from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- Care provided to patients before and after anesthesia
- Floating between facilities within a 25-mile radius may be required
- No travel pairs or groups are allowed for this position
- Local travelers within 90 miles are considered local and may have different terms
- Candidates who have worked at any MaineHealth facility within the past 12 months must disclose this for consideration
- Resumes and profiles must include up-to-date references and verification of nursing license
Requirements
- Active ME or compact RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of PACU or related perioperative RN experience
- Driver’s License required for consideration
- Current Social Security Number (SSN) and Date of Birth (DOB) documentation required
