Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Telemetry position on a Cardiovascular IMC unit, requiring a current LA or compact RN license and day shift availability.

Responsibilities

Position based in a Cardiovascular Intermediate Care (IMC) unit
Provides telemetry nursing for cardiovascular patient population
Hospital setting with 12-hour day shifts from 07:00 to 19:00
13-week travel contract position
Role focuses on monitoring and caring for cardiovascular patients requiring telemetry
A 50-mile radius rule applies for candidates based on location
Dress code and holiday coverage details will be provided upon assignment

Requirements

Active RN license for Louisiana or a compact state required
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
Previous telemetry nursing experience preferred
All certifications must be active at the time of consideration
