Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg travel assignment in Texas requiring a TX or compact RN license and at least one year of recent Med/Surg experience.

Responsibilities

Work in a Med/Surg unit of a hospital setting
Day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
13-week contract assignment
Provide nursing care to patients on the Med/Surg unit
First time travelers may apply
References and license verification will be required
Application packet must include complete employment and certification documentation

Requirements

Active TX or compact RN license required
At least one year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC required, with no expiration within 30 days of start
No employment gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
U.S. Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
