Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Med/Surg RN for a night shift seasonal travel assignment in a Med/Tele unit with a CO or compact RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital Med/Tele unit setting
• Shift is 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Assignment duration is 13 weeks
• Med/Surg patient population with telemetry monitoring
• Duties include direct patient care on Med/Surg and telemetry patients during night shifts
• Must wear appropriate hospital scrubs as per unit requirements
• Seasonal assignment with specific start and end dates
• Holiday coverage may be required in accordance with hospital needs

Requirements

• Active CO or compact RN license required
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience
• Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC required; must not expire within first 30 days of assignment
• Must provide US Social Security Number (no Canadian SSN accepted) and date of birth for consideration
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates not accepted
• At least one professional reference required
