Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of acute rehab experience for a 13-week contract assignment.

Responsibilities

• Work in an acute rehab setting within the physical therapy department
• Typical shift is 07:00 to 16:30
• Float to other sites may be required based on patient needs
• Responsibilities include assessment, care planning, and implementation of therapy interventions
• Oversight of physical therapy assistants, students, and support staff is expected
• Productivity targets are in place for this role
• No Covid vaccination requirement as of July 1, 2023
• All positions are auto offer
• Local candidates are accepted with a reduced rate, subject to a facility radius rule

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recent physical therapy experience in an acute rehab setting
• Current physical therapy license required if applicable
• Candidates must have a valid US Social Security Number and US home address
• Copy of driver’s license required for consideration
