Description

Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a certified Ultrasound Technologist with pediatric and large facility experience for a day shift assignment.

Responsibilities

Work in a pediatric ultrasound unit
Day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
Weekly schedule includes two 8-hour shifts and two 12-hour shifts on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
Obtain diagnostic sonographic images for radiologist review
Responsible for data management, physician order reconciliation, patient transport, and result accountability
Locals are accepted at the same rate except for specific locations with radius restrictions
Candidates must provide one reference for consideration

Requirements

Current ARDMS certification
Current BLS certification via AHA
Pediatric ultrasound experience is required
Experience in facilities with 500+ bed count is required
License required if applicable
