Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist specializing in outpatient pelvic health with at least one year of experience and an active IL license.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient physical therapy setting focusing on pelvic health
• Treats both male and female pelvic floor patients
• Critical access, Magnet-designated facility with 25 total beds
• Schedule is Monday through Friday, day shifts from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• No weekend or on-call requirements
• No floating required within the facility for this position
• Uses Cerner EMR; Cerner experience is preferred
• Main duties include evaluating and treating outpatient pelvic floor patients
• Business casual attire or plain solid scrubs are acceptable
• Initial training modules completed virtually on first day
• Teamwork emphasized in a small critical access hospital environment
• First-time travelers are welcome
• No restrictions on local candidates
• No holiday shifts required except candidates must be available to work 2 out of 3 major holidays
• No more than 5 days of requested time off is preferred during assignment
• Must not have been a perm or PRN employee within the last 12 months
• Free parking available in unrestricted spaces

Requirements

• Active IL PT license required for consideration
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of recent relevant pelvic health physical therapy experience required
• Must arrive in IL 3 business days prior to compliance deadline for fingerprinting
