Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an ICU position in New York requiring EPIC proficiency and extensive ICU/CCU background.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital ICU/CCU setting
• Float to Med Surg/Tele units as needed
• Uses EPIC EMR system with demonstrated experience required
• Personal scrubs in any solid color required; no designs, cartoons, or hoodies allowed
• A 14-panel drug screen is required within 24 hours of offer acceptance
• Personal address must match driver's license or state ID and will be validated during compliance
• No scheduling accommodations will be considered
• Up to 5 days of requested time off allowed
• References are not required if previously employed at Cheshire Medical Center

Requirements

• Active NY RN license required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required; must be uploaded with profile
• Minimum of 5 years total RN experience and at least 3 years in ICU/CCU required
• Documented travel nursing experience required
• Must be willing and able to float to Med Surg/Tele
• Must have prior proficiency with EPIC EMR
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs required
• Must provide 1-2 supervisory signed references from within the past two years
• Applicant must have a personal vehicle
