Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an MRI Technologist with at least 2 years of experience and ARRT (MRI), NYS license, and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Work in an MRI department serving adolescent through geriatric patient populations
• Monday through Friday day shifts, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM or 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
• Involves contrast dye administration according to NYS guidelines
• No more than 5 days of requested time off will be considered for the assignment
• A 14-panel drug screen must be completed within 24 hours of offer acceptance
• Requires one supervisor-signed reference from within the last two years of employment
• Professional attire or facility dress code required

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years MRI experience required
• Current ARRT (MRI) certification required
• Valid New York State MRI technologist license required to inject contrast dye
• BLS (AHA) certification required
• Experience working with adolescent to geriatric patients required
• All licenses and certifications must be active and uploaded for consideration
