Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Oncology position specializing in bone marrow transplant, requiring a GA or compact RN license with at least 18 months of experience.

Responsibilities

Position is within the bone marrow transplant unit in a hospital setting
Day shift, 12-hour shifts as part of a 13-week assignment
Oncology patient population with focus on bone marrow transplant care
No on-call responsibilities
Care for patients undergoing bone marrow transplant procedures in an oncology setting
Travelers must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Former perm staff must be separated for at least 1 year before returning, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
Maximum of 5 days RTO allowed unless RTO falls on or near a holiday, in which case the maximum is 3 days
Only one holiday RTO request is allowed and RTO during holidays must be spaced out
No local candidates are accepted

Requirements

Active Georgia or compact RN license currently in hand
Minimum of 18 months RN experience required
Oncology experience preferred
