Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Mammography Technologist for a travel assignment in a breast center setting, requiring at least 1 year of recent mammography experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in a breast center specializing in mammography technology
• Day shift assignment
• 13-week contract
• Patient population primarily consists of women's health patients
• Blocked scheduling may be allowed based on facility needs if arranged in advance
• Up to 5 days of requested time off are allowed but must be made up during the assignment
• Local candidates within 50 miles may have different contract terms
• Subcontractor staff within 50 miles are limited to 3 consecutive 13-week contracts at the same facility and may have a required separation period before returning

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in mammography
• License required if applicable
• All certifications must be active at the time of consideration and cannot expire within the first 30 days of assignment unless renewal documentation is provided
• Valid U.S. Social Security Number required; Canadian SINs are not accepted
• No gaps in employment of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
