Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist for a night shift position requiring RDMS certification, BLS, and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital-based general ultrasound unit
• Night shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM
• 5x8 hour shifts per week
• May be required to float within the hospital or to an affiliated hospital nearby
• Annual and orientation modules completed through Relias/Net Learning portal, averaging 4-6 hours
• Modules vary by specialty and are counted as part of orientation
• Candidates who are former employees must have a minimum 1-year break before reapplying
• Return to work policy requires a 1-year gap for previous staff

Requirements

• Current RDMS certification in OB/GYN required; additional certification in Abdomen (AB) preferred
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years ultrasound experience required
• Valid state license required at time of consideration if applicable
• Must provide two supervisor references
• Submission requires clear copies of SSN, DOB, driver's license, and state license
• Candidate must comply with a nicotine-free policy and pass a nicotine drug screen
