Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg night shift position requiring a WA or compact state license and at least 2 years of recent experience.
Responsibilities
- Work in the Medical Surgical Combination 4 unit of a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
- 13-week contract assignment
- Cares for a diverse medical-surgical patient population
- Responsible for comprehensive care of medical-surgical patients on a busy unit
- Documentation and charting in accordance with hospital standards
- Team includes experienced RNs and supportive staff
- Travelers with prior experience in similar hospital settings are preferred
Requirements
- Active WA or compact RN license required
- Minimum of 2 years recent Med/Surg RN experience
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (RQI certifications not accepted)
- COVID-19 vaccination required
- Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
- Cannot have worked as permanent staff at any Lifepoint facility within the last 12 months
- Cannot have a permanent address within 60 miles of the facility
- Cannot be employed elsewhere full time
