Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN with Med/Surg, Tele, and PCU skills and an active NH or compact RN license.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital setting covering Med/Surg, Telemetry, and Progressive Care Unit (PCU) specialties
• Care for adult patient populations requiring telemetry monitoring and progressive care
• Must be comfortable floating between Med/Surg, Tele, and PCU as assigned
• A maximum of 5 days of requested time off (RTO) will be considered
• All scheduling requests must be made prior to acceptance
• Must include permanent address for consideration

Requirements

• Active NH or compact state RN license in hand for consideration
• 3 or more years of experience in PCU, Med/Surg, and Tele required
• Tele experience required
• Current ACLS (AHA) and BLS (AHA) certifications required
• Basic dysrhythmia test required
• Previous travel experience highly preferred
• Rural or small facility experience highly preferred
• Reliable personal vehicle required for assignment
