Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry float pool position in Massachusetts requiring a current MA RN license and recent hospital experience.

Responsibilities

Work in the Nursing Float Pool covering Medical-Surgical and Telemetry units
Hospital setting with adult patient population
12-hour night shifts are required
Assignment is for 4 weeks
Floating required within Med/Surg and Telemetry settings
Pass/Fail Telemetry/ECG and Medication Testing may be required
Team assignments will vary according to float pool needs
Personal protective equipment and orientation provided on site
Parking information and additional details available upon offer

Requirements

Active MA RN license required and must be in hand at time of consideration
Current BLS certification required
Recent hospital experience in Med/Surg and Telemetry required
Must live at least 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not accepted
Previous employees must have a minimum 6-month break before returning
COVID vaccine with booster and Flu vaccine are required; medical exemptions are allowed

Pros

Sebrona was so helpful and quick to respond. She is kind and patient. She was able to get me the job I wanted with excellent pay. After she done her part she continued to check in with me to see how the compliance part was going. I felt comfortable with asking her questions even though it wasn’t the department she worked in. She would reach out to others and get the answer or be sure they contacted me.
