Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Med/Surg Telemetry RN with a current MA license for a night shift position requiring COVID and Flu vaccination.

Responsibilities

Work in a hospital med/surg telemetry unit
12-hour night shifts are required
13-week contract assignment
Care for adult medical-surgical patients requiring telemetry monitoring
Must complete pass/fail Tele/ECG and medication testing modules prior to start
COVID and Flu vaccination documentation must be provided
RTO (time off) requests must be submitted at the time of application

Dress code or scrub requirements are not specified

Requirements

Active MA RN license required and must be in hand for consideration
Current COVID vaccine with booster and current Flu vaccine required; medical exemptions allowed
Must pass Tele/ECG and medication tests
Candidates must live at least 50 miles from the facility; no locals allowed
A minimum 6-month break is required for returning travelers or former employees from this health system
