Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a skilled RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry float pool assignment with night shifts and strict licensing and distance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work in the float pool of a hospital setting
• Medical-Surgical Telemetry unit coverage as assigned
• Shifts are 12-hour nights
• Nine-week contract assignment
• No local candidates allowed within a 50-mile radius
• Assignment involves floating to Med/Surg Telemetry units as needed
• Must provide care for a diverse medical-surgical telemetry patient population
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Compliance with all hospital policies regarding vaccinations and testing is expected

Requirements

• Active NH or compact RN license required
• MA RN license required if applicable
• Current COVID vaccine with booster and flu vaccination required (medical exemptions allowed)
• Previous employees must observe a minimum six-month break before returning
• Must pass Tele/ECG and medication tests if assigned to Milton or Plymouth campus
