Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg position requiring BLS certification, Epic experience, and prior work in large facilities.
Responsibilities
- Work within a Med/Surg unit in a hospital setting
- Assignment is 13 weeks long
- Rotating shifts of 7a-7p, including every other weekend
- Holiday coverage is required as needed
- No on-call responsibilities
- Uses Epic electronic medical record system
- Local candidates are accepted at the same rate except in facilities with specific radius restrictions
- Must provide patient care on rotating shifts within a supportive team environment
- Holiday coverage may be required as scheduled
Requirements
- Active RN license in Maryland or compact state
- Current BLS certification required
- Prior experience in facilities with 500+ bed count required
- Epic EMR experience required
