Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an X-Ray Technologist with MA licensure and BLS certification for a day shift assignment.

Responsibilities

  • Work in a diagnostic radiology (RAD DIAGNOSTIC) unit within a hospital setting
  • Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • 40-hour work week over a 13-week contract
  • Utilizes Epic EMR system
  • Flu vaccine is mandatory for assignment
  • EPIC charting experience is utilized
  • Local candidates must reside more than 60 miles from Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston to qualify for standard pay
  • Parking is not validated; public transportation and paid public parking are available
  • Scrub attire requirements not specified

Requirements

  • Active MA Radiologic Technologist license required; pending or conditional licenses are not accepted (license required if applicable)
  • Current BLS certification from AHA
  • No minimum experience specified
  • Must provide proof of flu vaccination; no religious or medical exemptions are allowed

I really enjoyed working on the inpatient psychiatry unit at the Faulkner Hospital. Excellent staff, very professional, great teamwork. The patients here receive top notch care.
