Job Description

American Traveler seeks a Telemetry RN with at least one year of recent specialty experience for a Med/Surg Tele night shift assignment in Louisiana, requiring a LA or compact RN license.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital-based telemetry unit
• Care for Med/Surg Tele patients on the 4S unit
• Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week contract assignment
• Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to provide patient-centered telemetry care
• All certifications must remain current; no documents may expire within the first 30 days of assignment
• Not open to Canadian SSNs
• Candidates must provide all required documents for complete consideration

Requirements

• Active RN license in Louisiana or a compact state
• At least 1 year of recent telemetry or Med/Surg Tele RN experience
• Current AHA or ARC BLS certification required
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• Documents required for consideration include SSN (US only), DOB, application, references, skills checklist, and copies of certifications
