Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a travel Emergency Department position in Kentucky requiring a KY or compact RN license and at least one year of recent ED experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Emergency Department of a hospital setting
• 13-week contract assignment with 1:00 PM to 1:00 AM shifts
• Care for a wide range of emergency cases and patient populations
• Responsible for providing direct patient care and triage in the emergency department
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team
• Certifications must be valid and not expiring within 30 days of the assignment start date

Requirements

• Active KY or compact RN license required
• Minimum of 1 year recent Emergency Department experience
• Current AHA or ARC BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) or equivalent certification required for ER units
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
