Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Med Surg RN with Telemetry experience for a night shift travel assignment requiring a TN or compact RN license.

Responsibilities

• Work on the Med Surg/Telemetry unit of a hospital
• Patient population includes medical and surgical cases with telemetry monitoring
• Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week seasonal travel contract
• Responsible for providing direct care and monitoring for medical-surgical and telemetry patients
• Night shift position with a consistent schedule
• First-time travelers may be considered if all requirements are met
• All documentation, certifications, and licensing must be current and provided prior to assignment start

Requirements

• Active RN license in Tennessee or compact RN license required
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med Surg nursing experience
• Current AHA or ARC BLS certification required, with no certifications expiring within the first 30 days of the assignment
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• US Social Security Number and date of birth are required for consideration
