Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a home health assignment in California requiring active licensure and EPIC EMR experience.

Responsibilities

• Home health setting providing care in the community
• Day shift position from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with 8-hour shifts
• 14-week contract assignment
• Responsibilities include evaluating and implementing treatment plans for home health patients
• Local and travel candidates are accepted at the same rate
• Compliance with HR tenure policy is required; contingent workers may not exceed two years of service without a 90-day break
• Two professional references and documentation of certifications required for consideration

Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapy license required if applicable
• All licenses and certifications must be active at time of consideration; pending credentials not accepted
• Experience with EPIC EMR system strongly preferred
• Last 4 digits of SSN and DOB required for consideration
