Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a PACU position in Ambulatory Surgery with AM shifts and a VT or compact RN license required.

Responsibilities

Position based in Ambulatory Surgery in a hospital setting
Post-anesthesia care unit (PACU) responsibilities
AM shift schedule with 8-hour shifts
13-week contract assignment
No on-call responsibilities
Provide post-anesthesia care and monitoring to patients recovering from surgical procedures
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced ambulatory environment

Requirements

Active VT or compact RN license required
Previous PACU nursing experience preferred
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification highly recommended
