Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN with a TX or compact license for a night shift position in a freestanding emergency department.

Responsibilities

• Position is within a freestanding emergency department (FSED) setting
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week contract assignment
• Must provide care to a broad range of emergency patients in the FSED unit
• All certifications must be valid for the entire assignment
• References and license verification required for consideration

Requirements

• Active TX or compact RN license required
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in emergency nursing
• Current AHA or ARC BLS certification required
• Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) or accepted alternative certification needed for ER
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
