Job Description

American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg RN with a MO or compact license and at least 2 years of medical-surgical experience for a night shift position.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital-based Medical Surgical unit
• Patient ratios typically range from 1:4 to 1:5
• Night shift, three 12-hour shifts per week (18:30-07:00)
• Locals are accepted for this assignment
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse adult patient population on a Med/Surg unit
• Must submit all requested time off at the time of consideration
• Team-oriented environment with support from experienced staff

Requirements

• Active MO or Compact RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg RN experience required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required at time of consideration
• Two professional references required
• Copy of certifications must be provided for consideration
• Must not have worked at this facility within the past year
