Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry night shift float position in Maine requiring a ME or compact RN license and at least two years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in a float pool covering various Med/Surg Telemetry units as needed
• Night shift schedule from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
• Floating may be required to facilities within a 25-mile radius
• Patients are typical of Med/Surg Tele settings with telemetry monitoring requirements
• No travel pairs or groups permitted
• Candidates considered local if residing within 90 miles of any MaineHealth facility in Maine or New Hampshire
• Local travelers are not eligible for renewals or extensions
• Prior employment within any MaineHealth facility in the past 12 months must be disclosed
• Standard float policy applies as determined by facility needs

Requirements

• Active ME or compact RN license required
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry
• Valid driver's license required for consideration
