Description

Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with at least 2 years of experience and a current BLS certification for an acute care Level 2 trauma setting.

Responsibilities

  • Position is in an acute care hospital's Nuclear Medicine unit
  • Level 2 trauma environment
  • Day shifts Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • 40-hour work weeks with 8-hour shifts
  • On-call required one week every five weeks, covering Monday through Sunday, with hospital support available during call
  • Every other holiday is required to be worked
  • Uses Epic EMR system
  • Gray scrubs are required
  • All clinicians must badge in and out at the facility
  • This location does not accept local travelers with permanent addresses within 80 miles of the facility
  • Candidates with prior employment at the facility must not have worked there within the last 6 months

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years recent experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
  • Current BLS certification required
  • Active license required if applicable
  • Epic EMR experience preferred
