Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a skilled RN for a Pediatric ICU position requiring a valid CA RN license and prior travel assignment experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) of a hospital
• Night shift schedule with 3 shifts per week, 11.5 hours each, from 19:00 to 07:30
• Patient population includes critically ill pediatric patients
• Approval is required for any requested time off
• Background review will be conducted prior to offer
• Required to provide care to critically ill pediatric patients in a high-acuity unit
• Locals are not accepted for this position

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required at time of consideration
• Minimum of 2 years' PICU nursing experience required
• Must have completed at least one previous travel nursing assignment
• Two professional references from managerial or supervisory authorities required
• SSN and DOB must be provided for consideration
• Must reside at least 100 miles from facility location
