Job Description
American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist with at least 1 year of experience and current ARRT certification for a day shift contract.
Responsibilities
- Work in an interventional radiology unit
- Day shift schedule with five 8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Weekend and on-call shifts are required
- Recent Epic EMR experience is preferred but not required
- All requested time off must be finalized prior to consideration; changes cannot be made after submission
- Pass/fail testing on Cardiac Dysrhythmia and Moderate Sedation will be administered on the first day of orientation, with only one attempt allowed
- Attendance policy in place; more than two missed shifts without explanation may result in contract review or cancellation
- First-time travelers are accepted for this position
Requirements
- ARRT certification required
- Minimum of 1 year of interventional radiology experience required; 2 years preferred
- Pending state license accepted, but must be obtained prior to starting
- Candidates must live at least 75 miles from the facility
