Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele position caring for ortho and general surgery patients, requiring a VA or compact RN license.

Responsibilities

Work in a 32-bed Med/Surg Telemetry unit with orthopedic and general surgery patients
Unit is split into two sides, with an additional 6-bed overflow area
Night shift position (3x12 hours, 19:00–7:30)
Overflow beds located on the floor below the primary unit
RNs care for adult med/surg, ortho, and general surgery patients
Two professional references are required for consideration
Copy of driver's license and Social Security card must be provided

Requirements

Active VA or compact RN license required
Current experience in med/surg and telemetry patient care
Experience with orthopedic and general surgery patient populations
